On this episode of Harford County Living with Rich Bennett, coming to you from the Freedom Federal Credit Union studios, Rich speaks with Rachel Bongiorno and her mother Kim Bongiorno.
Rachel works at Rage Against Addiction as a Recovery Coach and Daughter’s House Program Director. Rachel began her recovery journey in January 2017 after years of battling active addiction and became a volunteer with Rage Against Addiction around this time. She wanted to support and inspire people who are struggling just like she did. “I knew helping others was a passion I always had,” says Rachel. “Turning your pain into purpose is truly a powerful thing. I fell in love with the organization and what it stands for.”
