Kristine is an experienced Holistic Health Educator skilled in Mindfulness, Wellness Coaching & Programing, Yoga, Energy Healing, Workplace Wellness, and Public Speaking. She founded Inspire Me Wellness in 2006.

She is also a Yoga Alliance Experience Registered Teacher (E-500 RYT), and she has been teaching all types of yoga for 16 years and have been practicing yoga since 2002. In addition, she is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) which is the only directory of qualified continuing education providers in the yoga community which recognizes her as an expert in one or more of Yoga Alliance's Educational Categories: Techniques, Training & Practice, Teaching Methodology, Anatomy & Physiology & Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle & Ethics. Kristine has completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and Mindfulness Coaching Certification.
